About the job As a CNC Operator in plastic window frame production, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring high-tech machines, including the Elumatec processing machine and soon the Rotox CNC processing center. You ensure every production process runs smoothly with consistently high quality. With your technical insight, you quickly address minor malfunctions and perform basic maintenance. Together with your colleagues, you work in a rotating system that keeps the job dynamic. You actively contribute ideas for process improvements and get every opportunity to further develop your technical skills. What does your workday look like? You start your day on the production floor with your colleagues, setting up machines according to the production schedule. Throughout the day, you continually check the quality of the end product and jump in wherever needed. If there is a malfunction, you respond immediately and consult with the team to find the best solution. Rotating tasks keeps your workday dynamic and challenging.
