Do you know how you can prepare NN globally for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) as BCM coordinator for NN Group and function as NN Group Crisis Coordinator during crisis situations? We might be looking for you! What are you going to do Overall, the BCM Coordinator for NN Group will, from within a small team of BCM professionals at NN Group, develop and implement effective business continuity management and minimizing disruptions to NN business operations during a crisis or disaster. For this the BCM Team at NN Group coordinates and supports BCM efforts throughout NN to increase overall resilience of the organization and adherence to (legal) requirements. As a BC expert, the role acts as a trusted advisor-providing both requested and unsolicited advice-to senior management and Board members on organisational resilience, risk, and recovery strategies. The coordinator proactively identifies vulnerabilities, challenges assumptions, and drives continuous improvement of the resilience of the organisation.
