The Job As a Supervisor at O'Neill, you'll play a key role in driving sales and ensuring the store meets its targets. You'll maintain the store's presentation according to O'Neill's guidelines and create a welcoming shopping experience. Beyond sales, you'll be an inspiring leader for the team, providing expert advice to customers and supporting the (Assistant) Store Manager with administrative and communication tasks.
