What will you do? As a Construction Project Coordinator, you act as the link between the office, the site team, the client, suppliers, subcontractors and tradespeople on site. You ensure that projects run smoothly and that everyone knows what needs to be done. You monitor the schedule, keep an eye on progress and ensure that agreements are honoured. When things change, you're able to adapt quickly. This could include a change to the schedule, materials arriving later than planned, additional work or queries from the client. You think ahead, maintain an overview and ensure the project keeps running smoothly. So you're not just planning and organising, but above all building connections.
