Aanmelden op Uitzendbureau.nl Technical Operator Paperbags Venlo Manpower Venlo 3.000 tot 4.000 40 uur MBO Status Open Solliciteer op de website van het uitzendbureau Wat wij vragen Opleiding MBO Functie-eisen Your experience and education: - At least an mbo level 4 education in a technical discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology or Graphic Technology, OR equivalent practical experience - At least one year of experience as an Operator or Technician within a manufacturing or production environment - Experience performing preventive maintenance and technical troubleshooting - Willingness to work in a 4-shift rotation - Good command of the English level, because you will be communicating in this language mainly - You are super handy with mechanics, and you know exactly how to diagnose and resolve machine-related issues on your own - You know your way around a dynamic manufacturing environment and know how to prioritize production, maintenance and safety If you also have the following, be sure to let us know during the application process, as it is a plus: - Experience within printing, packaging, paper converting or other high volume production environments - Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, NEN3140 or VOP certification - Command of the Dutch, German, and/or Polish language Additionally, you would describe yourself as someone who: - Remains calm in any situation - Communicates clearly during technical escalations and shift handovers - Thinks of practical solutions for any issue, even if there is no procedure - Takes responsibility: you make sure the production line is always running smoothly - Puts customer delivery first, while maintaining great product quality and operational safety - Always looks for improvements, both in the production process and in their own - Enjoys coaching colleagues and sharing practical knowledge - Work...
