Lead Product Management & Marketing - 40 uur - HBO/WO - Venray Your impact As Lead Product Management & Marketing, you are primarily responsible for our core being: our own brands and our product portfolio. Together with your team, you initiate and manage the development, monitoring, and continued expansion of a distinctive and future-proof range. You report directly to the Commercial Director. You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle management: from market insight and needs assessment to concrete product development, positioning, and marketing. You will ensure that new opportunities are translated into scalable solutions and that existing products are continuously developed and optimised. In this role, you will liaise intensively with sales, procurement, and quality. You will translate the principles from these disciplines - commercial, operational, and substantive - into concrete product developments and effective portfolio management. You combine data-driven working and market analysis with a keen sense of the market. You know how to understand figures and translate them into targeted choices and solutions that contribute to growth and distinctiveness. In addition, you are a strong people manager who leads the Product Management & Marketing department and, together with the team, ensures focus, development, and results.
