Senior Java Developer - Enschede Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2--3 days per week in our Johannesburg office. - 10+ years of relevant experience - Proficient in Java 8+, and relevant frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate - Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API services - Experience working in an English speaking environment - Ability to work as part of a team - Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills - Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability - Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests - Data migration, transformation, and scripting - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills - Basic understanding of frontend Javascript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue - Knowledge of CI/CD practices - Familiarity working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements - Collaborate with Frontend developers in integrating user facing elements Company: - -------
