As our Senior Retail Buyer, you play a critical role in strategically sourcing and delivering retail materials and activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards while optimizing cost, quality, and speed to market across global retail execution. You will be reporting to Director, Global Retail Procurement, and you will manage: - Category Leadership & Strategy Execution: - Lead the development and implementation of global retail category strategies - Gather supplier and business insights to inform strategy for GWP, uniforms and collateral - Incorporate sourcing, tariffs, risks, innovation and cost targets into category plans - Collaborate with global stakeholders across Marketing, MMS, Finance and Supply - Support strategy execution aligned with global procurement priorities - Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation: - Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and value creation opportunities - Contribute to sustainable and cost-effective solutions across categories - Enable faster-to-market execution while delivering measurable impact - Lead supplier negotiations and support contract management activities - Ensure alignment with global category strategies and business needs - Supplier Management & Performance: - Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and performance - Manage supplier partnerships to deliver...
