About this role
MBO (Secondary vocational education) 3 work-and think level, hotel and catering industry, specialized cook education. You speak Dutch or English. You will be responsible for authentic Thai dishes in a restaurant where the quality of the dishes is number one. You supervise that the dishes are prepared according to the established quality standards, working methods and recipes. In addition, you provide input regarding the composition and modification of the dishes, menus, and methods, you are responsible for stock and order management and manage kitchen assistants. In this role you are also responsible for following the rules and guidelines in the field of hygiene (HACCP). For our Thai restaurant in Haarlem we are looking for an experienced and qualified cook to support our team. Are you a passionate cook with a love for the Thai kitchen?
