Functie-eisen: As Host/ess, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Support restaurant operations, including greeting, seating, and resetting tables. - Provide kind and professional service to both guests and colleagues. - Manage reservations using the SevenRooms system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and communicate key information to the team. - Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock of menus, newspapers, and surroundings. - Respond proactively to guest feedback, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.As Host/ess, we expect from you: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field - Previous experience in a hostess, reservations, or guest relations role is an advantage - Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in the English language. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus; - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Guest-focused with a warm and engaging personality - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest preferences - Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and coordinatio
