Van Lanschot Kempen Logo Amsterdam 32-40 hours EUR 7400 - 10500 Master Director Corporate Development You will also be responsible for: - shaping the strategy of Van Lanschot Kempen and guiding strategic projects and transformation initiatives, both substantively and in terms of process; - supporting the business lines with strategic challenges and the execution and implementation of these initiatives; - identifying, structuring, and executing M&A and partnership opportunities, including coordinating due‑diligence processes and negotiations with external parties; - preparing decision‑making materials for various governance bodies (business cases, analyses, scenarios); - applying AI solutions in your daily work to streamline processes and improve outcomes. You also bring: - 10-15 years of work experience, including at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, M&A, or a role in which you developed similar skills; - demonstrable experience in leading complex projects and/or transactions; - in‑depth knowledge of the wealth and/or asset management market, the VLK organisation (and its business units), and the associated organisational sensitivities; - strong financial and analytical skills; - experience applying AI tools in your daily work; - excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus), both written and spoken; - legal knowledge in the field of M&A is an advantage. And you are able to: - clearly distinguish between main and secondary issues and set priorities; - translate complex matters into clear and structured output; - engage and convince stakeholders at various levels; - work effectively with PowerPoint and Excel at a high professional level.
