The Problem You'll Solve To support Prosus goals and ambitions to lead AI innovation and improve everyday life for billions across the globe through cutting-edge technology, we are seeking an AI Regulatory Product Counsel to join the Prosus Group Privacy, Digital & AI Governance team, as part of the Legal function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Prosus AI team and the cross-functional teams to provide strategic advice and support for launches and regulatory matters related to AI deployments, in particular agentic AI. As a trusted advisor to the AI teams, you will collaborate with our digital&regulatory team, the corporate legal team, policy and compliance at the intersection of advanced AI and emerging AI regulations. In doing so, you will use AI tools to augment your and your team's work. Prosus has adopted a Group Policy on Data Privacy Governance and a Responsible AI Policy (available at www.prosus.com/privacy ) that constitute the foundations of the global AI and Privacy Governance global programmes. As part of the Prosus Legal function and the Digital & Regulatory Team, reporting to the Group Head of Privacy, Digital & AI Governance, you will have the opportunity to: - Engage with and continuously support the Prosus AI Team; - Provide expert advice on matters related to the implementation of AI tools, agents, infrastructure etc., including contractual terms. - Support the Digital&Regulatory Team in terms of understanding the latest technological advancements in AI; - Operationalise the Prosus global Responsible AI Policy and establish viable AI governance mechanisms and engagement models; - Support Legal Innovation through the deployment of AI in Legal Operations, including through AI agents; - Engage with the Prosus Cybersecurity team to implement AI security requirements and impl...
