OCI Nitrogen is seeking a Reliability Engineer to strengthen our engineering organisation and drive sustainable improvements in asset performance, availability, and safety across our ammonia and fertilizer production facilities. This role sits at the centre of operations, maintenance, and engineering, with a clear mandate to eliminate bad actors, improve maintenance strategies, and embed a culture of ownership-driven reliability. Role overview - Act as the focal point for reliability of critical assets within assigned plant(s) (e.g. ammonia, nitric acid, utilities) - Drive defect elimination through structured Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and ensure closure of actions - Monitor asset health using condition monitoring data (vibration, process data, inspections) and identify early degradation - Lead and support investigations into trips, high vibration events, and recurring failures - Develop and optimise preventive maintenance (PM) strat...
