The internship focuses on supporting the reliability of plant operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and digital transformation in a fast-paced industrial environment. What you'll do Support Maintenance Leadership and Asset Reliability: - Assist in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. - Use data from the Maintenance Management System to monitor equipment performance and suggest optimizations. - Support maintenance schedules for planned and unplanned repairs, collaborating with technicians to minimize downtime. Digital Transformation in Engineering and Maintenance: - Contribute to the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors, predictive analytics, and digital twins for maintenance and equipment monitoring. - Collaborate on integrating new digital tools and software into maintenance workflows, enhancing real-time decision-making. - Assist in the rollout and training of staff on digital platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.
