Organisatie The Company has built a technological lead specialising in design, development, lease and operation of tanker-based production and storage systems, and has become a leading provider of innovative Single Point Mooring systems. Wat ga je doen? For one of our clients in the Amsterdam area, we are currently looking for a Structural Engineer to further strenghten their organisation. Information The Engineering Department is responsible for providing Engineering services and solutions and it ensures a responsible approach to client requirements, international rules and regulations and HSEQ obligations. Structural Engineering is part of the Department and is responsible for the design and engineering of the (steel) offshore structures. These structures are designed using 3D design tools. With finite element and analytical analysis, supported by in-house developed pre- and post-processing tools, the structures are designed for extreme conditions and fatigue life. Function As Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting various structural analyses that are essential for creating and validating the designs in line with the project's technical specification, budget and planning. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development of tools and methodologies, ensuring they align with the demanding market requirements of the offshore energy industry. In this role, you will report directly to the Lead (Project) Engineer, providing regular updates on progress, setbacks and concerns related to the project. You will implement the HSEQ&RC requirements and assist the Lead (Project) Engineer in related meetings.
