Position Over the coming years, the organisation's focus will be on further professionalisation, international expansion, scalable growth, margin improvement and strengthening both financial and operational performance. The CFO will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and shareholders. As CFO, you will be responsible for further developing a finance function that supports the ambitions of a fast-growing international SaaS organisation. You will bring financial rigour, structure and predictability while ensuring the business remains agile and free from unnecessary complexity. Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders across Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing, you will ensure that Finance is not only a control function but also a key driver of commercial insight and strategic decision-making. - Further develop the financial strategy, planning & control framework and performance management cycle. - Strengthen forecasting, FP&A, SaaS KPI reporting, cash flow management and margin analysis. - Build investor-grade reporting and develop a compelling value creation narrative. - Further professionalise financial processes, systems, data quality and internal controls. - Support sustainable growth in recurring revenue, customer retention and profitability. - Advise on resource allocation, pricing, investment decisions and commercial strategy. - Lead or support M&A activities, including due diligence, post-merger integration and synergy tracking. - Develop a lean, scalable and high-performing finance organis...
