To strengthen this pivotal area, the Ethics & Compliance function is looking for a Lead Compliance Officer Regulatory Radar & Investigations a strategic role at the intersection of regulatory and integrity risks Profiel - 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, investigations or a closely related field (having a master degree in law is required, being admitted to the bar is a plus), good command of (at least) English - the confidence and judgement to handle sensitive investigations, ethics concerns, privilege and confidentiality with authority and care - a strong grasp of regulatory change, governance and risk-based prioritisation, combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions - practical experience with GRC, case management systems, data/reporting tools and managing external experts with an eye for process improvement and scalability - a discreet, analytical and collaborative leadership style, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across the organisation
