As an experienced assistant store manager, you instinctively know what is needed to achieve the best results and solutions. This way, you accomplish your revenue targets and the personal goals of your team. You use your expertise, reliability, and sense of service to support the store manager in the branch. You assist with the following tasks: • Managing the daily operations of the store-always with a customer-first mindset; • Achieving revenue targets while maintaining the required quality, productivity, and cost control; • Translating strategy and policies into concrete results; • Leading and coaching employees to bring out the best in your team.
