What you will do: As Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person for the team together with the Restaurant Manager. During your shifts, you'll take the lead and ensure everything runs smoothly. You coach, train, and motivate your colleagues-raising both the team and the guest experience to the next level. You'll also work closely with the management team and get the opportunity to take on various back-office tasks behind the scenes. - You'll work with a professional and passionate team in an open and friendly atmosphere; - You'll share responsibility for the quality and service Stadscafe is known for- together, you make the difference for our guests; - Everyday is different: one day you'll be on the floor with guests, the next you'll be handling things behind the scenes. Job requirements About you: - Full-time availability, including weekends; - At least 2 years of relevant experience - for example as a shift leader in the restaurant industry - and ready for the next step; - Fairly flexible in working days and hours within a set schedule; - Wine knowledge is a plus.
