Join Converse at Nike EHQ as a Supply Chain Specialist, Marketplace and play a key role in driving operational excellence across the integrated marketplace. In this dynamic supply chain role, you will be responsible for managing orderbook quality, supporting seasonal execution, and ensuring products reach the right customers at the right time. Working closely with Marketplace teams, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics partners, you will help maximize service levels, revenue, and profitability while delivering premium consumer experiences across EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working with data, and collaborating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment. This is a temporary assignment running until 1 January 2027. What are you going to do? - Manage pre-season and in-season orderbook activities, ensuring order accuracy, product availability, and a healthy marketplace. - Monitor allocations, product launches, delays, cancellations, returns, and late orders, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions. - Drive seasonal execution by partnering with Commercial, Marketplace Planning, and Operations teams to achieve service and shipping targets. - Analyze supply chain performance, orderbook trends, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize business results. - Coordinate shipping activities, delivery performance, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth order fulfilment. - Support strategic account growth by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and delivering best-in-class customer service. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and leverage data insights to enhance supply chain efficiency and operational excellence.
