About the role As Assistant Director of Food & Drink, you will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to lead one of the most prestigious luxury hospitality operations in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all Food & Beverage venues while developing a high-performing team that shares a passion for excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where operational excellence, people development, and genuine hospitality come together.
