We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill up our HRBP Intern position: What will you do? Your day to day responsibilities will include: - Receive, review, scan, and maintain new employee records - Scan, organize, and send documents (social insurance records, official letters, probation decisions, invoices, etc.) - Stamp, scan, and archive labor contracts - Support updating, validating, and inputting employee data into HR systems - Support PIT registration process - Track and notify contract & probation end status - Assist in drafting HR documents and contracts What do we look for? - Junior/ Senior-year student majoring in HR, Business Administration, or related fields - Detail-oriented and responsible when handling documents and data - Good at Microsoft Office and English - Enjoying teamwork, cheerful, self-motivated, and willing to learn Why should you join our team? - Internship allowance (...
