This includes maintaining and technically managing the CIAM solution through incident resolution, executing changes, patches, and upgrades, as well as providing support to users and facilitating the transition to a future-proof CIAM platform within Alliander's energy transition context. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as DevOps Engineer, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve: - Monitoring the stability, availability, quality, and continuity of the CIAM service, including incident resolution. - Managing (functionally and technically) the CIAM solution, including executing changes, patches, and upgrades. - Providing support to users of the CIAM service. - Further developing the CIAM service and advising on the transition to a platform service. - Collaborating with teams and project members within the IAM program and ART IAM.
