IT Supplier Manager (IT Vendor Manager) • Define, maintain, and enforce supplier governance policies, standards, and processes • Manage key supplier relationships, performance (SLAs/KPIs), and escalations • Oversee contracts, renewals, commercial terms, and reporting dashboards • Identify and implement cost savings, process improvements, and value creation initiatives • Support sourcing, RfX activities, and supplier onboarding/offboarding
