About this role
- Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness - Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions - Lead continuous improvement projects - Evaluate and introduce new technologies or automation solutions - Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability - Create and maintain process documentation - Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Industrial Engineering) - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies - Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring) - Knowledge of statistical tools and MS Excel for data analysis - Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements - Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans) - Preferred: knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and experience with APQP, PPAP - Ability to lead change initiatives and influence colleagues
