Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? For the Schneider Electric Distribution Center in Helmond, we are looking for a Teamleader Warehouse who can motivate a team, optimize processes, and ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. What are you going to do? Your responsibilities include: - Daily management of +/- 15 warehouse operators - Coaching and stimulating a continuous improvement culture - Pro-active steering on KPIs and department goals - Attending safety, quality, service, productivity and personnel meetings - Responsible for workplace organization (5S) and performance registrations - Contribute to the development of warehouse operators and multi skilled operators - Always have safety as a number 1 priority You will work from Monday to Friday in two shifts as standard. A morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and an afternoon shift from 3:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m. What do we offer? - Gross monthly wage of €3750,- - Shift allowance of 8,75% in 2 shifts - Travel allowance from 5km up to 70km one way (€0,23 per km) - 30 vacation days - Potential for a permanent contract based on good performance - Quarterly bonus based on your performance - Work in a safe, modern, and clean warehouse with a social team Where will you work? What do we ask? - MBO 3 work and thinking level (technical or administrative) - 3- 5 years experience in leadership - 2- 3 years experience in warehousing - Knowledge of MS Office, ERP / WMS - Fluent spoken and written English - Team player, good communication skills - Your own transportation Are you interested?
