Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Kandidaten/in für die neu geschaffene Position des 1 Representative Customer Service Commercial As Customer Quality Specialist you will be the first Quality contact for the customer and coordinate the activities with the manufacturing plant. You will report directly to the Quality Manager and work together with the production areas to improve the product quality level in the respective department. In this position you will ensure the fulfilment of customer requirements and trigger a continuous improvement of the quality level in the plant and of the product. Your responsibilities ¿ Be the Quality contact window to leading customers in the IC Substrate Ares ¿ Host customer audits and coordinate the preparations of such ¿ Identification of product related issues and initating of problem solving together with the related departments ¿ Provide necessary training and goudance to the plant quality management systems interface for specification implementation and change control ¿ Review of relevant standards and norms of the industry ¿ Reporting of the plant management and responsible department managers ¿ Development and initating of customer requirements such as new systems or reporting into the plant ¿ Worldwide exchange with other AT&S IC Substrate factories for best practice sharing Your Profile ¿ University technical degree (Bachelor or Master) ¿ Minimum 3 years of experience as customer or quality interface in the semiconductor or related electronics industry (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage) ¿ Willingness of working in Clean-room and also over time (Overtime also including weekends) ¿ Good analytical skills and knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 etc.) ¿ Good leadership skills and well mindset for quality case study and customer¿s feedback ¿ Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred ¿ Willingness to travel for customer meetings or best practice sharing ¿ Fluent written and oral English (German is a plus) Our Offer ¿ A unique experience of setting up and growing the leading edge IC-Substrate technology in Europe ¿ The chance to partner with the leading customers worldwide and deal with futuristic products and most advanced equipment ¿ Personal and professional growth opportunities with long-term career perspective in a strongly growing company and expanding industry ¿ Attractive and competitive compensation package If you are looking for a new challenging task please send us your application and your detailed resume. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 47.574,- Euro. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Representative Customer Service Commercial beträgt 3.449,08 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
