PMO Logistics Infrastructure Projects We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join a strategic large\-scale logistics infrastructure project. You will play a key role in the planning, governance and execution of a state\-of\-the\-art fulfillment center for online food retail. You ensure transparency, robust governance and reliable decision\-making support for project management \+ senior leadership. Establish and continuously develop the PMO for a complex logistics and infrastructure project Project controlling and performance management, including scheduling, progress monitoring and budget control Prepare management reports and dashboards for steering committees and key decision\-makers Support project management in governance, decision\-making and escalation processes Ensure effective risk and quality management Manage stakeholder communication, facilitate workshops and derive actionable recommendations from project data What do you offer? Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) Specialization: in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field Experience: 5\+ years' experience in a PMO environment and in managing complex projects or programs Several years of experience in a PMO environment and in managing complex projects or programs Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in German and French (written and spoken) University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field Experience in logistics, infrastructure, transformation or supply chain projects; knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus German (B2\) French (B2\) English (B2\) What do we offer you?
