Healthcare Assistants required for Kiltipper Woods Care Centre. We are currently expanding our team and looking for Healthcare Assistants. The role of the Healthcare Assistant is to assist the Nursing Staff in the delivery of resident / patient care and to work with the supervision and direction of the Nurse Manager and the Staff Nurses. There is a potential of being scheduled for any of the below shifts. Day shift 8am - 8pm Night shift 8pm - 8am The ideal candidate should have the following: Full QQI Level 5 in healthcare support or equivalent Previous Experience working in care of the older person Our Care Centre is a purpose-built Centre established in 2004. Our multidisciplinary team provides a range of specialist care services including care of the older person, the younger person with a disability, people with Dementia/Alzheimer’s and step-down care, convalescence, and rehabilitation care services. Kiltipper Woods Care Centre provides outpatient rehabilitation and wellness therapies through our physiotherapy and hydrotherapy clinic.
