Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scaffolder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, altering, and dismantling temporary scaffolding structures on construction and demolition sites. The role involves providing safe access for workers carrying out tasks at height while ensuring all scaffolding is erected and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding. Load and unload scaffolding materials. Ensure scaffolding is secure, stable, and safe. Install guard rails, toe boards, and safety equipment. Carry out basic safety inspections. Key Requirements: Previous scaffolding experience is essential. Good knowledge of health and safety practices. Ability to work at height. Reliable, physically fit, and able to work as part of a team.
