About this role
We are looking for a business-driven controller for a permanent position. You are attracted by a central position where the right person has a visible role and reports directly to the CFO. You will support the organization with budgeting, monitoring, development of key figures and financial calculations. Depending on where we will find the ideal candidate, this position will be located in Malmö or in the center of Stockholm. Your main duties Be involved in forecasting and budgeting Develop and monitor KPIs for the business Assist the organization by monitoring and creating processes and procedures to ensure a good financial result Participate as a key resource in efforts to improve the company's internal CRM and BI systems (QlikView) Develop the financial reporting of the company Assist in ad-hoc analyzes Your personal qualities and experience Bachelor of Economics or equivalent training and a minimum of two to five years of experience Qualified economy work, preferably as a management consultant, at either of the Big4 or within corporate finance Very good knowledge of ERP systems and QlikView Experience in analysis and management of big data, SQL and various BI solutions is considered a merit Experience from merger and acquisitions is a merit Analytical skills, structured work and good prioritization skills. Initiating, driving and unpretentious attitude Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit leadership potential are other advantages Ability to be both accurate and at the same time to lift our eyes to see the big picture Good communication skills in English is a requirement You will work well within APSIS if you are most of these A holistic thinker who is brave enough to challenge the customer.
