About this role
Description : LE CADRE ORGANISE L'ACTIVITÉ DU LABORATOIRE, MANAGE L'ÉQUIPE ET COORDONNE LES MOYENS DU LABORATOIRE, EN VEILLANT À L'EFFICACITÉ ET LA QUALITÉ DES PRESTATIONS. IL DÉVELOPPE LA CULTURE DU SIGNALEMENT ET GÈRE LES RISQUES. IL DÉVELOPPE LES COMPÉTENCES INDIVIDUELLES ET COLLECTIVES. IL PARTICIPE À LA GESTION MÉDICO-ÉCONOMIQUE DU LABORATOIRE. LES ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES DU CADRE REPOSENT SUR : · La coordination et la supervision de l’activité du laboratoire · Le management avec : * La gestion des ressources humaines * La gestion de l’information et de la communication * La gestion de projets Profil recherché : Cadre de santé ou projet cadre Recrutement possible par voie de mutation / détachement / CDI / CDD (renouvelable) Forfait horaire 39h (Forfait cadre) candidatures jusqu'au 24 JUILLET 2026
