A recent extract from the criminal record may be requested due to activities involving children and families. Occasional evening or weekend activities may be required. Contract Part-time (30 hours per week) with possibility of subsequent expansion to 40 hours per week , fixed-term contract of 12 months. Mission Child Health Creation Luxembourg SIS is a social impact company dedicated to promoting children's health, wellbeing and development through education, prevention, coaching, awareness programmes and collaboration with families, schools, healthcare professionals and public institutions. The Project Manager will support the development, coordination and implementation of projects contributing to the social mission of the organisation. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and implement health education and social impact projects. Organise workshops, conferences, awareness campaigns and community events. Develop educational materials, training programmes and communication tools. Deliver educational courses and training sessions for parents, caregivers, professionals and community groups. Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, healthcare professionals, public institutions and non-profit organisations. Participate in the strategic development of the organisation and its programmes. Prepare project reports, activity summaries and supporting documentation. Contribute to fundraising, stakeholder engagement and project sustainability initiatives. Support the promotion of preventive child health and family wellbeing through evidence-based approaches. Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field. Doctoral degree (PhD) is considered a strong asset. Experience in project coordination, education, training delivery, public health or social impact initiatives. Skills Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop educational and training materials. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools. Languages English: good command required. French: working knowledge desirable. Additional languages: German, Ukrainian, Russian, Luxembourgish are considered an asset. Other Requirements Driving licence category B is considered an asset.
