Description: DATE: 06/2026 REF: Ref 175-1 JOB TITLE: Relationship Manager French/German speaking (m/f) LOCATION: Luxembourg Our client, a prominent player in the road transport and logistics sector in Luxembourg, is looking for a Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate is experienced in customer relationship management and B2B sales, and will be contributing to day-to-day commercial activities, with a focus on managing and growing a portfolio of clients in freight consolidation. Responsabilities: • Manage the commercial relation with clients in line with the Freight Consolidation, Distribution and Special Transport department; • Maintain and grow the existing client portfolio while prospecting new clients; • Carry out detailed analyses of clients needs (freight flows, volumes, specific requirements); • Draft proposals and commercial offers; • Participate in commercial negotiations; • Write specifications and tender documents; • Manage request for quotation through to contract signature; • Be the ambassador of the company within the sales network; Profile: • At least 3 years' experience in a commercial role; • Excellent knowledge of the transport or logistics sector; • Knowledge of Freight Consolidation and parcel delivery practices, as well as the Luxemburgish market is an asset; • Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills are essential; • Adaptability and eagerness to learn are highly valued; • Initiative and a proactive approach are a strong plus; • Fluent German and French required; • Knowledge of English and Luxemburgish is an asset.
