Senior Corporate Income Tax Compliance Department: Tax Responsibilities (how we will measure success) • Support other IQ-EQ departments, provide and share direct tax expertise during day-to-day business • Timely and correct review, preparation and filing of direct tax returns • Timely and correct handling of the day to day specific direct tax requirements of the clients • Meeting deadlines with the direct tax team as well as with the accounting teams • Keep portfolio updated and provide regular feedback to your Line Manager • Keep internal systems for workflow monitoring and planning up to date, help to further improve these systems Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis) • Preparation of Corporate Income tax returns, Corporate Tax provisions, withholding tax returns as well as review of tax assessments for a wide variety of clients; • Proactively participate in projects related to the improvement of tax reporting internal processes and templates; • Assist on ad-hoc projects such as DAC6, Pillar II and Transfer Pricing if needed; • Liaise with clients, accountants, lawyers, corporate officers, tax administration Key competencies for position and level (see Group Competency model) • Customer focus • Demonstrates self-awareness • Action orientated • Collaborates • Builds networks • Drives results • Cultivates innovation • Interest in technology Key behaviours we expect to see • Authenticity • Collaboration • Curiosity • Proactivity • Team working Requirements • You are motivated and have a good understanding of accounting/tax and curious to learn more are Luxembourg Taxation and the finance environment • You will be comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness. • You have a proficient level in working with MS Office applications and knowledge in Artificial intelligence will be considered as an advantage • You are fluent in English. French and/or German would be preferable with any other language being an advantage
