Description des tâches: Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Executive Leadership • Define and own the company's long-term product vision and roadmap. • Develop multi-year product strategies aligned with company growth objectives. • Lead product portfolio management across multiple AI-driven products and business lines. • Establish product governance frameworks, prioritization methodologies, and KPI structures. • Present product strategy and business cases to executive leadership, investors, and stakeholders. • Drive product-market fit initiatives through quantitative and qualitative customer research. • Lead pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies for AI-enabled solutions. • Develop competitive intelligence programs focused on AI, SaaS, and emerging technology markets. AI Product Leadership • Design and oversee AI-native product experiences utilizing large language models, agentic systems, retrieval systems, multimodal AI, and workflow automation. • Lead prompt engineering strategy across customer-facing and internal AI applications. • Develop frameworks for prompt optimization, evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement. • Establish AI governance, safety, reliability, explainability, and model monitoring standards. • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, orchestration frameworks, and agent architectures. • Define model evaluation methodologies including hallucination detection, benchmark testing, response quality measurement, and business outcome tracking. • Lead implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search systems, semantic retrieval architectures, and AI knowledge management systems. Technical Product Ownership • Work directly with engineering leadership on system architecture decisions. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications. • Participate in architectural reviews and technical design sessions. • Assess tradeoffs between build-versus-buy decisions across AI and platform infrastructure. • Define technical roadmaps for platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Commercial & Customer Leadership • Engage directly with enterprise customers and strategic accounts. • Gather executive-level customer requirements and translate them into product initiatives. • Support enterprise sales teams in solution design and technical product discussions. • Participate in key customer presentations and strategic partnerships. • Develop customer advisory programs and product feedback loops. Études: Niveau d'étude demandé supérieur Master (Bac+5) Métier / domaine de formation: Professional Experience • Minimum 12+ years of product management experience. • Minimum 5+ years leading product organizations. • Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale software platforms. • Experience launching and scaling AI-powered products from concept to market. • Experience managing product organizations exceeding 10 team members. • Proven responsibility for multi-million-dollar product portfolios.
