Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, planning, budget, quality, and deliverables. Establish and monitor KPIs while providing regular reporting to executive management. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies. Prepare and lead steering committees, project committees, and governance meetings. Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure business objectives align with IT deliveries. Coach teams in Agile methodologies and stimulate self-organization and continuous improvement. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support business-critical operations. Requirements 8+ years of IT project management experience within complex or critical environments. 8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum , SAFe , and LeSS . 8+ years of knowledge in IT environments covering software development, architecture, and integration. 8+ years of experience with project management tools including JIRA , Confluence , and MS Project . 8+ years of experience in risk management, budget control, and resource planning. You possess strong experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing parallel projects. You bring advanced skills in management reporting and communication with both technical teams and leadership. You're recognized for your leadership, decision-making capabilities, and conflict resolution skills. You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English . Nice to Haves Previous experience in the railway sector or other critical infrastructure industries.
