Waiter / Waitress We are looking for a waiter/waitress who wants to deliver more than just great service. Our goal is to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest who visits Gaucho. Your Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables - Recommending food and beverages and taking customer orders - Serving food, drinks, and wine professionally - Introducing our salad bar and buffet selection to guests - Setting and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the dining area is always well-presented - Operating the POS system and handling payments - Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service - Completing opening and closing duties, as well as daily preparation tasks - Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures What We Expect From You - A genuine passion for customer service - A positive, energetic, and professional attitude - The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly smile - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Good command of both Finnish and English (additional languages are considered an advantage) - Previous experience in an à la carte restaurant What We Offer - A permanent position in a growing restaurant - Competitive salary - Comprehensive training and excellent opportunities for professional development - Career progression opportunities, including Shift Manager and other supervisory roles - A supportive, international, and welcoming work environment
