Talencia is looking for a “Project Manager IT” for one of its clients. Location : Brussels Start Date : September Remote : 2days/week Languages : French (or Dutch)+ English Duration : Long term mission Context : As a Project Manager, you will lead key digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency within a retail environment. Your main focus will be the replacement of the CIAM platform and the implementation of a Management Delivery platform. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery while ensuring alignment with business, standards and governance. Description : Lead the full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, budget, quality, and change management. Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and regular executive reporting. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and escalations. Oversee all testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, IT governance, and project management best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence. Your Profile : At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within retail or e-commerce environments. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Solid business acumen with a good understanding of IT delivery and digital transformation projects. Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
