About this role
The successful candidate will help maintain a positive, safe and secure environment for students throughout the school premises. The role involves ensuring students' well-being while maintaining effective communication with the Prefect of Discipline, the administrative team, teachers and the Assistant Head. Main responsibilities include: - Supervising students during playground duty. - Supervising students during lunch duty. - Maintaining daily records of student absences and lateness, and ensuring appropriate follow-up. - Providing fair and consistent support in matters relating to discipline and conflict resolution. - Communicating professionally with parents and staff regarding discipline, the school uniform, absences, and lost-and-found matters. - Providing assistance at the school reception when required. - Professional training and relevant experience are required. - Excellent command of English and/or French. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to contribute to a positive, safe and secure school environment. - Ability to work collaboratively with the Prefect of Discipline, the administrative team, teachers and school management. - A full-time position (38 hours per week). - A fixed-term contract from August 2026 to June 2027, renewable. - The opportunity to work in an international bilingual English-French Catholic school. - A collaborative and supportive working environment.
