About this role

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the execution, monitoring, control, reporting, and administrative processing of daily warehouse activities. The role plays a critical part in supporting the integration of Project One into the existing O&P Europe business. Reporting to the Facilities & Infrastructure Program Lead and working closely with Pillar 1, Polymers Warehouse, and the End-State Warehouse teams, the Warehouse Operator contributes to the successful delivery of interim warehouse solutions. Warehouse Operations Manage inbound and outbound material flows and internal material movements Unload deliveries and verify received goods against shipping documentation Identify and report discrepancies in received shipments Process goods receipt transactions accurately in SAP Store materials in designated warehouse locations Coordinate internal and external transport activities Ensure safe handling and movement of materials and equipment Process goods issue transactions accurately and on time Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Ensure compliance with internal procedures, audits, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Supply Chain teams on inventory planning and optimization Review and validate inventory transactions performed outside standard working hours SAP & Data Management Record and monitor material movements in SAP/EWM Ensure accurate material coding and master data quality Work closely with Supply Chain and Master Data teams Investigate and resolve system-related transaction issues Support continuous improvement of warehouse data accuracy and processes Quality & Material Control Coordinate with Procurement regarding damaged or non-conforming materials Liaise with Quality teams when inspections are required Ensure proper handling and segregation of quarantined materials Degree, certification, or training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.Equivalent experience will also be considered Valid driver's license.Forklift certification is mandatory Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in Dutch and English Able to work in a physically active environment Safety-conscious with a proactive attitude
