About this role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic colleague to join our team at The Waffle Heritage in the heart of Brussels. Your main role will be to welcome international visitors and host our waffle tasting and waffle workshop experiences. Your tasks include: Welcoming guests. Presenting the history of Belgian waffles and Belgian gastronomy in English. Preparing and baking fresh waffles. Serving tastings to visitors. Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This is not a restaurant position. The focus is on creating an authentic cultural experience for small groups of visitors. Good spoken English. Friendly and confident when speaking to groups. Enjoy working with people from different cultures. Reliable and punctual. Interest in Belgian culture, history and gastronomy. Basic cooking skills are an advantage.
