Plan and coordinate field service activities Optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation Prepare technical interventions and inspections Support technicians with expertise and on-site visits Build strong relationships with existing customers Develop service contracts and identify upselling opportunities Lead and motivate a small technician team Ensure compliance with internal and group processes Degree in electro-mechanics, electricity, or equivalent 10+ years in technical service Strong electrical and industrial knowledge Experience in coordination or team leadership (small team) Fluent Dutch & French, good English Hands-on, structured, customer-driven mindset Comfortable with digital tools and service data
