Job description We are looking for a Process Development Lead for a company in the Brussels region within the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities The Process Development Lead is responsible for leading process development projects aimed at improving existing industrial processes You will be responsible for acquiring knowledge of the processes involved in existing products and developing new processes for both existing and new products. This role supports the company's mission and vision by ensuring sound process knowledge and innovation that align with the strategic objectives Profile A bachelor in Sciences with proven years of experience in a comparable domain, Master's degree or Ph.D. in Sciences Extensive expertise in process development and an understanding of analytical methods. 5 years of experience in a similar orcomparable position in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment. Proficiency in using software tools: JMP, Minitab, MS Project, Microsoft Office. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to draw up a long-term plan. Project management and leadership skills. Data-driven decision-making and influencing stakeholders
