About this role
We are looking for an experienced Asian Cuisine Chef to prepare Chinese wok dishes and Korean fried chicken. The role includes preparing ingredients, cooking meals, maintaining high food quality, following food hygiene and safety standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. You may also assist with sushi preparation when needed. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay organized during busy service hours, and work well as part of a team. A valid Hygiene Passport is required for this position.
