About this role
We are looking for a warehouse operator for a company in Zaventem. You will be responsible for the daily warehouse operations and help your team to ensure processes run efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities: You coordinate inbound (receiving, storage, inventory) and outbound (picking, packing, shipping) activities You check incoming goods (including cold chain) and monitor stock levels You work with WMS and report on performance You plan transport and oversee order processing You ensure safety, quality (SOPs), and warehouse organization You improve processes and solve operational issues You have a first experience working in a warehouse You have experience with WMS, inventory management, and order processing Knowledge of pharma/logistics SOPs is a plus You have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills You are hands-on, accurate, and able to perform under pressure You have a very good knowledge of English. In addition, you also have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French
