About this role
As a weekend operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in an innovative production environment. You perform quality checks, maintain a tidy workspace, and strictly follow all safety and hygiene rules. You work in a motivated team where collaboration and communication are key. A typical workday starts with reviewing the schedule and handover. You check the machines, carry out minor technical interventions, and record the results of quality checks. During your shift, you support wherever needed, resolve faults, and ensure a smooth production flow. At the end of your shift, you clean the machines and pass on all information to your colleagues. You are available every weekend in July, August, and September from friday evening until monday morning You can work both early (6 AM–6 PM) and late (6 PM–6 AM) shifts You speak and understand fluent Polish and/or English You have technical insight or an interest in technology You work accurately, hygienically, and strictly follow safety regulations You are flexible and enjoy working with colleagues This position is ideal for those who do not work full-time during the week and can fully focus on the weekends
