You speak and understand English fluently, as it is the mandatory language on the shop floor. You have your own transport to get to Meer (the site is not accessible by public transport). You are fully flexible to work in a rotating 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night). You are a hands-on worker who handles a warm, loud, and fast-paced environment well. Students aged 18+ available for the long term are also welcome to apply for this Production Worker role. What will you do as a production worker? Operating and monitoring production machinery so the assembly line keeps moving. Performing strict quality checks on plastic jerrycans and bottles. Packing products, labeling boxes, and moving them safely using an EPT. Handling physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting above shoulder height.
