About this role
For our client in the Deinze/Zulte region, we are looking for a motivated production worker who is willing to work in a two-shift system (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)! Our client is a stable manufacturing company with years of experience in processing natural raw materials and is known for its high-quality end products. What will you do? As a production worker, you will be responsible for processing flax in the production department. Your tasks: Unrolling and spreading flax using machines Feeding the material into the production machine Working with a colleague on the same line Ensuring a smooth and correct production process This is physical manual labor and repetitive work. The desired profile: You are motivated and willing to perform physical work. You are able to work in two shifts. You enjoy working with colleagues. Experience in production is a plus, but not a requirement. Dutch or English speaking. You are physically fit for heavy and repetitive work. Minimum height of ±1m80 (due to the height of the machines and ergonomic requirements)!! You are motivated and can start immediately. No diploma requirements, insight and motivation are important.
