Jobomschrijving Act as the on-site reference for quality and environmental management across all project activities Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the ISO 9001-based quality management system on site Translate quality procedures into practical, operational site instructions and ensure daily application Identify, follow up, and resolve non-conformities, including corrective and preventive actions Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with project leadership Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality management, ideally on large-scale projects Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, VCA, and construction quality/environmental standards Hands-on site experience with strong presence and ability to engage operational teams Fluent in Dutch and French, English is an asset
